Hello and Welcome to The Churn!

Hey folks!

Five Eyed Hand had some great shows and good times this past weekend and is gearing up for more!

Santa Cruz featured the debut performances of four songs, as well as the incomparable saxophone stylings of Ichi Nagai and slamming spoken word by Mr. Sam Flot. Chico was fun and welcoming, and rocked! Five Eyed Hand made a great impression on many super-stoked folks, and we'll be back for more fun for sure. A Chico newspaper has already published a review of our show: http://www.chicoer.com/entertainment/ci_11994957.

Coming up this weekend, we're at The Connecticut Yankee this Friday and SOhO in Santa Barbara this Saturday. As always, please check our website for show details and further venue information.

Saturday, March 28th @ SOhO, Santa Barbara

This will be our first time that far down south, and we're looking forward to the churney! Er...journey. Both of these shows are CD release shows for our new live album, "Churned Alive". Both shows are also benefitting the Rex Foundation, with a dollar of each ticket going to support the cause. The Rex Foundation is the Grateful Dead's charitable organization and has been doing good things for many years.

Our new live album can be purchased via iTunes ,CDBaby or Digstation whichever you prefer.

We are quite happy to be spreading the good word beyond our beloved Bay Area. Yes, folks, we are on the go! We've got an official Pacific Northwest tour in May, with dates in Portland, Seattle, and a tour closing show opening for Blue Turtle Seduction in Dunsmuir.

Lastly, we have two kinds of brand new t-shirts for sale, including a limited amount of handmade batiks. Please check 'em out at our store!

Lots more shows and news in the works, so please check our website when you can!

With love,
Churney McGee
